Here is a clone which costs a fraction of the price and does 200 lumens and strobe instead of infra-red.

How bright is that compared to the light I used at Hoki (Sneakers's's's's one)?

Sneakers's one is rated at 220 lumens. This one is 200 but mil. Comes with a QD low profile mount, strobe and a pressure switch. This is the one I have on my gun.

Lenser MT7 - 10% brighter and adjustable focus. More expensive, doesn't come with mounts or a pressure switch.

I use one of these Ultrafire c2-T60 - it's cheap and bright but doesn't come with mounts

I read an interesting article on a police site that was like 'don't use too many lumens if you're indoors or close range, or the reflected light will fuck you up', which I experienced first hand at Hoki. Especially with the lads trying to light doorways from 20 meters back and doing nothing but blind and illum' the friendlies stacked up beside it.
