They're hard to get because of artificial rarity. BTC rarely make them, and when they do it's in small batches - so people buy them to either hoard them (because they're rare!) or resell them at ridiculous markups. So you need to be fast - 30 to 60 seconds fast - or pay through the nose to an asshole reseller.
BTC needs to get his shit together and sell only to retailers, and actually produce these in larger numbers. He's working on an updated V2 Spectre at the moment, supposedly.

If anyone is after a BTC mosfet, talk to Leonard Samuels on FB. He's a registered stockist and has next gan mosfets and is getting a shipment of the new ver2 gb ones (the bluetooth/phone app ones i think) in the next 2 weeks or so. I paid $168 shipped for a BTC Spectre for next gen.
