Sorry to all for taking so long with dates I have picked the 21st of April this date will stand unless there is good reason from a majority as to why it should not!
The only alternative date will be the next week end of the 28th and this change can be made no later than this Friday

Sorry I know this date may not be good for everyone but with numbers this big I'll never get a date that works in favour of everyone

I will be working on the game outlines/rules this week and will post information about them as they are completed

However to start with the planning process can I get those that can attend to post there availability as well a some extra information which will help in team placements.
