the problem seems to be if I use goggles over my prescription glasses the glasses fog up unfortunately that includes mesh goggles...air soft is no fun if you can't see

Have you tried using good anti-fog on your prescriptions periodically throughout the day? That plus mesh and I don't see fogging being a problem at all! Worth a shot, either that or bail on the prescription glasses and pretend you're a zombie...

Rub a little dish washing liquid on your glasses before and halfway through the day. Or a bit of shaving cream if you shave.
