Re: Game Sunday 6th June
Yeah that was a sweet day - I was disappointed to stop at 1pm, I could've kept going . I'm keen as to play more VC, I get a kick out of setting up stealthy ambushes.
Noticed when I got home that a hit I took in the left cheek had drawn a little blood - guess I had it coming for forgetting the 10m rule once or twice.

Sometimes a small injury like you described occurs, Its just part of the game.
That's why we frown upon head shots. Sometimes a head shot will occur due to windage, the target moving or just a mistake.

Yeah it's all good - like you said just part of the game. I remember it stinging a little when it happened but not badly enough for me to worry about it. I got headshotted in the teeth (spat out the BB ) and in the left eye as well (Moe Green Special: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Moe_Greene), but I'm gonna take it as a sign that I was using cover effectively and not giving the enemy much of a target to aim at

Careful with your teeth mate, Rogue lost a tooth from someone who shot him far too close. (it was many years ago but it was a heads up to us all)
