Briefing
Be at the field by 11:00am, all guns will be chronoed before being allowed on the field.
Safety briefing, Q&A at 12:00 then game start at 12:15
Gear
Waterproofs
Red hit marker (can be supplied if you don’t have one)
Snacks and water
Good footwear
Torch(s) with batteries
Prior to the game starting you will need to bring any gear that you want from your car and place it in the barn/shop. This is a fire-free zone.
Shop
Ammunition, bandages and various other game specific items may be bought at the shop in the barn. As the game is in the DAC badlands, and supplies are limited, expect prices to fluctuate over time…
Rules
New DAC fps rules apply
If you are hit you must either return to your base for a respawn, or use a bandage to be revived. Bandages are single use only.
Supply drops must be returned to your base before being opened.
Unobtanium bombs are considered secure when they are returned to your base, and cannot be captured.
There will be more rules announced on the game day.
Looting
You may be looted by an enemy team member, you are required to give them either an armband or a credit
Scenario
You are in the badlands of DAC. There are three mercenary teams competing for credits and reputation.
After dark several VIP’s will move through the area with backpack unobtanium bombs. You are tasked by your employers to capture and secure these bombs at your base. Do NOT let the other teams beat you!
Your team goals are as follows:
Daylight.
Compete with the other teams to raid supply drops in order to equip your team with the credits, ammo, bandages and intel necessary to survive the night.
You need to accumulate enough credits to purchase an intel pack from the shop. This pack is to be opened at 5pm, and will give you the locations and times to interdict the unobtanium bombs.
Your number one goal is get an intel pack before 5pm!
Night-time
Use the information in the intel pack to plan your strategy. The more unobtanium bombs you secure, the more credits your team earns.
End goal
The team with the most credits at the end of the game wins.
