For last decade the nation of Dirkastan has been engaged in a bloody civil war for control of the countries vast oil wealth. With the election of President Dirka there is a new found hope that their will finally be peace in Dirkastan, but there are others that wish to crush this hope and return the nation to its bloody past. The first task of the new president is to meet with his army commanders to bring an end to the bloodshed. His helicopter left 10 minutes ago.
