Game Sunday 1st September - AGM

This week will be the AGM due to insufficient numbers to hold it as scheduled.

It is important that members attend as according to our constitution wee require a minimum turnout to validate the meeting. Not only this, but it's important that you take ownership of your club, it doesn't run itself and this is a great opportunity to see a little of what goes on every week behind the scenes. You can ask questions, raise any issues and nominate committee members. The agenda is at the above link, as well as details how to add to it and nominate members for the committee.

Please make an effort to attend, it is only once a year, and yes we will have a short working bee after, and then games as usual.

Hi Rabbit. Not too sure what time a game will kick off, or if enough people will be there to play one. The priority this week is the AGM followed by a working bee to build up the village and Merlatode’s trading post. You’re very welcome to attend after the AGM, pitch in with the working bee and then hopefully have a game after if you want, but it’ll definitely not be like a normal game day sorry.
