Gun all sorted!
Was firing at about 370fps, cut off two coils and dropped it to 345-355, just kept sneaking a shot over the limit every now and them so I whacked off another coil now it is pretty consistent at 330-340.
Will have to get the results tested officially first thing at the game so I can use the new gun, absolutely love the size of the new AK, sort of half way inbetween the other two I have.
