Grey Mouth, West Coast, New Zealand.
The Storyline is set in 2019 when World Security Council forces are requested to regain control of a small South American country of Masyo.
This action is requested due to the breakdown of the United Nations Council in 2017.
Please read ground and situation report on event thread.
Entrant positions are limited to 100.
60 Masyo Cartel soldiers.
40 WSC soldiers.
Non playing members of the public are welcome to take part as workers or prisoners(no Fee to attend).
Entry fee $100.00 pp.Inclusive of:
[i]Meal (Friday Night),
Accommodation,
Pyrotechnics,
Flares,
Glow sticks,
Rental of props,
Fuel for in game vehicles.
On-going costs such as maps, instruction books Ect.[/i]
Several issues with the running of the event in its area means that entries will close on the 16th December 2013 and entry must be paid then if you wish to attend.
Why so early for closure?
Because we have a lot to do with this event unlike previous years when its been close to my home and in open country, this time we need to have all the equipment, props ect there and set up.
This year we are hoping to have 2 helicopters working together.
We will have:
4x4's,
Boats,
Quad bikes,
Spotlights and mortar positions.
Smoke markers and para-flares,
Pyrotechnics and if possible a very large surprise.
Helicopter insertion will be an additional cost.
Teams and individuals are welcome to enter just post up.
Event duration will be from 8.30 am Saturday until between 10am or 12pm Sunday.
Please request your preference of side.
Drug Cartel soldiers Cons:
No formal uniform sets and team strength can be any size.
Sleep in barracks with beds and it has cooking facilities, toilets ect.
WSC unites Cons:
Teams must be between 4 and 8 personnel, Teams must have same uniforms within their numbers , sleep in bush in tents ect, squat piss and cook on hexi's.

OPERATION NOBLE, COBRA 3.
Forward.
During the United Nations peace talks in November 2017 a conspiracy was uncovered involving members of the UN council that suggested some had been dealings in major arms sales and drug trafficking on a large scale for some time.
The main countries involved were instantly dismissed and the UN placed in lock down for an undisclosed time frame while an inquest into the dealings of these senior members and their countries governments was under taken to conclude just how far the misconduct had gone and what grievances had been committed.
To date the UN is still in limbo and world affairs are being dealt with by countries involved with problems that arise on or within their borders.
NATO pact counties are now known as the WORLD SECURITY COUNCIL at this time and are responsible for handling all out breaks of violence in most countries and republics.
A small South American country, Masyo has become a large player in the production of drugs and drug trafficking since the breakdown of the UN and has started to trade at an ever expanding rate due to the down fall of the UN and the repercussions that have flowed on since its demise.
Masyo is producing a huge amount of heroin and uses smuggling operation via sea and air going vessels at this time.
The WSC by the request of the United States, Argentina and other American based countries has been issued policing state powers to conduct operations on the small country to eliminate the making and trafficking of all forms of drugs and once control is established across the country it will be placed into the United States military’s hands.
Operation Noble is the first of many combat incursions into known drug making areas on the west coast of Masyo and will concentrate on an ex-military base(EMSHIN) believed to be producing and shipping drugs at this time.

General flat ground with some small features .
Native fauna to general area.
Some open farm land and beaches.
River and creeks in general AO.
Two larger structures
1x barrack type block,
1x large tent.
Weather:
Temperatures: high 20’s---------low 14’s
Sunrise: 7.14am
Sunset: 5.41pm

Enemy forces:
Composition:
Masyo defence force personnel, Cartel militia, Lab technicians.
Strength:
Numbers are estimated between 40 and 60 strong at any given time.
Disposition:
Well-armed and are regularly patrolling. Moral is high and the general administration is adequate.
No uniform seems set. Mostly AK and M16 Variants as personal weapons. Mortar and RPG post.
Recent activity:
Visual conformation of drug making equipment and the movement of several technicians who seem to be captives.
Local vehicles picking up and dropping of chemicals and personal.
Nightly patrols have increased and guard towers are manned during darkness.
Capabilities:
Moderate strength and leadership.
Well trained and equipped.
Course of actions:
Contact and eliminate with minimal casualties.
Friendly forces:
None.
Mission:
To eliminate drug making operations at Emshin military base and to regain control of that Area of Operation set out in Op Noble statement.
