Gear pic/link thread.
What is a site, brand and/or model of boots anyone would suggest?
Re: Gear pic/link thread.
Men's Merrell Sawtooth

Awesome boots but they're pretty dated now...
My next pair of boots will probably be these:
Men's Moab Mid GORE-TEX

Or:
Salomon QUEST 4D GTX
Be better if they come in tan...

Edit: Sorry about the giant pictures of boots.

Re: Gear pic/link thread.
Oh but they do come in brown, TD exclusive though.
Re: Gear pic/link thread.
Was on the hunt for some new camo and wanted decent stuff that will last ages. What are peoples thoughts on the brand Tru-Spec? Otherwise what would you recommend that is the same as below but better quality/known
Was looking at this shirt

And these pants

Agree with Reaper, that's some good shit. Tru-Spec is balls, fades fast from the stuff I've seen.
I have Propper pants and a Rothco combat shirt which have been great.

Bought a new Sleeping Bag off Ebay:
Tennier Industries Modular Sleep Systems

Hopefully it doesn't suck. Supposed to be the business.

Use a P90 you mean? Who would know, it's a bit like wearing salmon coloured pants really.

"CUSTOM RECIPE"
Only 60 mins in the oven at 180c, cook until melted and broken so you don't have to look at this monstrosity any more.
Re: Gear pic/link thread.
I'd use one.

And the verdict was?
Re: Gear pic/link thread.
It's awesome - temperature was in the negative but I didn't feel the cold.
Only downside, it's so damn huge and weighs 6kg.
