Element LA-5 Module (PEQ15).
These units are the tits. It has an actual IR laser setting that works with my NVGs so I highly recommend this unit.
The flashlight is nice and bright - not like a LED lenser or anything but decent. The visible laser is pretty basic, not a crazy strong beam or anything (unsure of exact mW) but the dot is nice and crispy. Same with the IR, a crispy round dot. Comes with a pressure switch and in a cool plastic hard case. Requires 2x CR123.
You can get them here, note the pictures on that site are not the correct version. The actual version has a nicer finish, serial number, etc.

Haley Strategic D3CR-Heavy - Fits 7.62 Mags and has support for the DC3R Expansion Systems - will also accept kydex inserts that take both 5.56 and 7.62 mags.

FMA Martime Helmet - DE
For those of you going for marsoc loadouts you may want to have a look at this helmet. Don't get the MC pattern one because it's homo. You'd want a MC helmet cover on one of these badboys. If you're hardcore like Reapernet you can get the Aramid Fibre version with limited ballistic protection capabilities for about 140USD.
To complete the look you could get some Comtac Mk2s on there. But dont forget to buy railclips.
