That's an LBT6094 style vest. Camo and Apollo each have one though not one that would fit your frame.

I've run a 6094 and they are excellent but ultimately I wanted to align with the new carriers that you see out in the wild.

You can get a US made 6094 pattern carrier pretty cheap here: AWS INC OCPC

I use GPS essentials.

Reaper had great success with GPS essentials, there is also "commander compass light" which is free and I can show you how to use
