So looks like the RPK jammed a BB by folding the lip of the hop rubber.
I have done a bit of research and it seems like I need to add a delayer chip and possibly trim down the hop rubber lip so it cannot do it again (problem of higher rps full auto).

Harder hop rubber will be less likely to fold inwards too. What rubber are you using?

Was using Lonex 50-degree. This time I have a Guarder clear 50 degree to try (doing re-build tonight), in hindsight I probably should have got a 60-70 degree but you have seen how low the FPS is on that RPK. It shoots like it is 400fps but chronos at 300 so scared it might not have the grunt to push through hard lips (that sounds really fucked up...).
I will be doing a fair amount of testing of the BB into the barrel for feels to make sure its not overly tight. Also spent about an hour polishing the inner barrel with autosol, it is like a mirror and hopefully I have widened it by 0.1mm as well lol.
