Weekly Training For 2017 Nationals

A few of us started a fitness group to train for Nationals which are coming up in February 2017. At present this is about 10 minutes warm up PT, 40 mins of running around South Hagley then 10 minutes of warm down PT.
We're looking to run (lol) this on Wednesdays at 1830.
Went for our first run last week and it was neato! If you're coming to Nationals in February 2017, or are just keen to come for a run, post up and we'll add you to the FB chat.
