Tactical Airsoft Group Inc. is proud to announce “Fission ’87 Vol: 5” coming to the TAG field on 27 to 28 January 2024.
BACKSTORY:
A quiet has come over the forest. Zones are staying irradiated for longer, as the winds are not strong enough to move it on.
The Captain has made supply routes with other settlements, trading gold, and Nemalin for food, oil, guns and ammo. And with these new alliances we have acquired a blueprint for oil derricks and old surveying maps showing new oil reservoirs in which to drill from.
But because of the accursed wind, or lack thereof, we have not been able to get into the zones with water and oil, scrap has also become scarce. The zones are to heavily irradiated to survive. So life has become desperate. We are running out of water and oil. And without the oil to run our generator and to trade with, food is in short supply. People are already disappearing into the forest never to return.
Hope came last week though, by way of a trader that had a map into zone that had been previously unknown to us. And in it an old world cache that is rumored to have powerful anti-radiation technology that would allow us to get back in to the zones that have recently been to dangerous to enter.
With this technology we can get water, we can get oil we can live again!
Overview:
This game is set in a post apocalyptic world, think Stalker, Fallout, Mad Max. Participants will be playing as scavengers running jobs for the Captain, all while trying to survive the horrors of the forest.
You are encouraged to theme up your gear, with an award for the best post apocalyptic outfit awarded on Sunday full bdu/vest combos won’t be allowed.
Survivors won’t start the game with their full load-out, instead you will start with your pistol and restricted BBs.
The game is what you make it.
- • You take the role of a scavenger, you can play it safe or dangerous.
• There are jobs to do for the Captain such as collecting water and oil. Gathering pinecones and building up the camp defenses. Guard duty, etc.
• You could become a bounty hunter and take scalps from the crazies and scrap from your fellow scavengers.
• Or head in to the irradiated zones to collect oil, water and other items of high value.
• And there is always jobs where the captain will get the camp together because it is too dangerous to attempt alone!
• The choices are yours and remember with high risk come high reward.
• Open to any airsoft player over 16 years old.

TAG Greenfield.
Timeline:
Saturday 28th January - Our gates will open from 9am but players will not be able to enter the field until 11am. You will be directed where to set up for the event.
Game will commence in the afternoon and play into the evening.
Players return to camp at night. Games continue on the 28th and ends at midday.

Full-auto restricted to support weapons only
Ammo restrictions in place.
Varied missions with some roleplay scenarios.
Price:
Cost to play will be $30. This will cover your ammo for the event, props, portaloo hire and a BBQ lunch on Sunday.
Spaces are very limited! If you’re not willing to play and stay for the entire event, please don't take a space from someone that is!
