Yes, I am waiting for suggestions for motto.

Just to mention, flag is drawn as actual NZ flag concept - instead of Union Jack I placed text in the same colors, and instead of stars I put a silver fern, everything on blue background.
The emblem I used is no strict, just a variant that you said you like.

Speed, Aggression, Surprise (also stands for the SAS) is a little bit strong, isn't it?

I choose something that is more acceptable in community, at least "shoot" is the way you score in airsoft. "Move" stands for i.e. physical activity (healthy life) and "communicate" for other activities (unhealthy life - pubs, beer etc.).
But really, communicate is something that provide efficient fire and maneuver, known as tactics.
That is the reason why is this ribbon above other (and it is also long word ).

I drawn few proposals for the club flag, encourage with your posts.
The idea is that the TAG flag looks similar to NZ flag (shown just for comparison), the same concept, but another symbols. I even put the red outline around the fern, so this is similar to stars (with inverted colors).

I think the flags have a bit of space that could be filled. But i like how its layed out and stuff! again bloody awesome work!

Sorry for digging up a slightly oldish thread, but those flags and motto/emblems look bloody amazing.

Wonder what it'd cost to get one of those emblems turned into a arm-patch with velcro backing for attaching to uniforms (upper arm, dependant on the shirt/jacket being worn having a velcro strip for attaching patches that is.)
