well, hard to say, it's really not worth using bbs that are too heavy at that kind of fps, but i wouldn't know, give it a try, i'll let you have some of my .30s, give it a few shots at the range with close to full hop and we'll see how that goes, but typically, you never increase your range when you're going heavier, but i don't know how the hop up affects that, seeing as how you have it almost off normally.

just remember that your bbs will have a muzzle velocity of 262 fps with .30s, so.... well.... yeah..... obviously you'd be wanting .25s at the most, but it'll give you a rough indication of how it behaves when you increase the weight of the bbs, it will be pretty accurate though, i did pretty well with the vsr firing at 270 fps, and that was with .20s, so .30s or .25s will retain their speed for longer before slowing down

With heavier BB's you will go slower, & not as far, but you get to punch through the gourse & people feel them more. So its a trade off. I use 20's in my pistols, as you dont need pain but do want range. I use 25's in my SEG's as you want gourse punching power & the loss of 5-7m range is a good trade off, with some weapons you get better acuracy also. I use 28's in the kar, as that is a good mix of range, economy, punch & accuracy.
