the jam is caused by the cutoff leaver being semi-raised by the sector gear not completing it's revolution.

Some ways to reduce this are:

- Always charge your bettery the night before the game
- Replace the mini-tamia connectors with high-current, low resistance Deans style connectors
- Re-wire the mechbox with higher grade wire to reduce resistance
- Get a good quality High-torque motor
- Always use complete trigger pulls and don't fire too quickly, especially if you think your battery is getting low
- Don't upgrade your gun past what it is capable of. By this i mean don't put a 340fps spring in an MP5K with a small stick battery.

16AWG is about what you want. 14 would give better conduction (thicker wire) but in many guns you'd have trouble fitting it in the receiver. You could go 14 or 12AWG for wires in the stocks though. Advantage of the silicone coated wire, depending on the type, is smaller insulation thickness for more wire core, and mahy have 100+ silver coated strands for less resistance and more flexibility.

here are the connectors

although i think Nem is getting some cheap and i can get some cheap chinese ones, although real Deans Ultra are the best
