Important Note from The MAG Team

Just A Note From The MAG Team.

Please under stand any modification carried out to a new weapon/product not done by us voids any and all 'Factory' and subsequent MAG Warranty's.

We can not return a gun/product to the manufacturer that has been modified/tampered with regardless of cause.

This is regardless of the type of modification or reason.

So please consider your warranty periods before rushing off and 'fixing' something that isn't broken.

If you ever have issues regarding any product you have purchased please contact us straight away.

We would rather be able to put it right than have to turn you away.

Regards
MAG Team

ahhh yes but they directed you to Acey under their advisement. Not something you did on your own. So if he stuffed it up then you'd still be covered under the warranty

I wouldn't expect it to be under manufacturers warranty after modifying it, I have always looked at stuff that gets imported for me as my own risk anyway.

Somehow i think that the warranty on an airsoft gun isn't all that long anyway? Possibly a year? Especially considering the life they're expected to live through.
But I would expect (including all retailers) that if something went wrong with a product that is a passion to both seller and buyer, then they'd give me advice on how to fix it etc anyway, because keeping customers happy is the main priority, as it is this way at my work.
