I like the built in scope that switches on and off when you change from safety to fire mode on the gun itself!

there is an american company started by former IDF guys called TSI Armories.l They make limited run special order Galil's and are working on a prototype TAVOR TAR21 (that's the really short model)

because they build their own guns on a per order basis, i can only assume they would make one semi only for us
