Gorse

As everyone probably already knows the fields we play in have a lot of gorse in them. I wear NZDF issue DPMs unfortunity they don't keep the gorse out.
As such I wear polyprops beneath, this keeps the gorse out but you do get a litte bit sweaty. If anyone else knows any good DPM gear that keeps the gorse out or knows of any other good ideas to keep it out post them up and let others know.

P.S. Also I've found gloves are a good idea to

Brit DPM lets the gorse through as well, genuine issue MARPAT stops the gorse and auscam is pretty good too.

My genuine Marpats prevents most gorse pricks - however - not totally immune. Always good sting when having a shwoer after the game (yes Rogue, I do shower - it's just the marpats & scrim I seldom wash) :D :D

Unfortunately Rogues supply of marpats has dried up - so not sure what to do when my one wear out, as there no way I'd wear oz cam poo. :P

unfortunately you can no longer purchase Genuine MARPATs, Nor ACU or any other current US issue pattern.

I'm looking at some Multicam, made from genuine Crye Precision 50/50 Nyco Ripstop.. i imaging that's pretty tough

That all depends on who ya know!

ACU- Army Combat Uniform pants. Newest issue Army uniform, improved over the older BDU uniform. The real deal GI issue in excellent condition.

$20.00 US

ACU- Army Combat Uniform shirts. Newest issue uniform. Many upgrades over the older BDU uniform. Excellent condition and the real deal GI issue.

$15.00

YES I know they are ACU's but with a dye wash put through them a cheap hard wearing choice!

I wear a pair of jeans under my Womble(boiler suit) that keeps most of it out.
