Just out of curiosity, what type of camo do you guys think works best for BDU out in the field

My personal preference is USMC Marpat. (Real Deal)

Multicam works well, but its best to buy the Real Deal stuff as it won't fade as bad and go white coloured.

I 2nd that, i have a darkish marpat, its a touchy subject with some but auscam, american woodland, flecktarn all seem to be like hi lighters to me

Pretty much any camo works so long as you don't bounce around like an idiot.

In terms of colour the MARPAT is certainly very close to the colour of the vegetation in our field.

I wear cadpat, and i havent had anyone say you stick out like a sore thumb. lol Or maybe you guys are jsut being nice lol.

I like the look of Cadpat, but it seems a bit bright ?

Real deal Marpat is hard to get and costs more but well worth it and does come up from time to time at a good price.

I have had to eat a large humble pie in regards to muilticam
It does work well in summer/light conditions plus the gear that's copies in some circumstances is bloody good quality.

Depends if my mate Tim is out there, nothing will camo you. (Hes a kind of colour blind, trees are orange, and people stick out like sore thumbs )
