To Buy or not to buy?

This is one of the guns on my list ive been looking around for,
Its has a good FPS, it comes with the battery AND the ($100) charger, and its quite cheap, im realy keen on buying this one.
Can you guys tell me if there ANYTHING wrong or any downsides of this gun, would be amazingly helpful.

Looks alright so long as you are prepared to downgrade the spring to regulate it at 350fps
Although that's not a problem, I'm sure there's a member familiar with Version 3 gearboxes that could help you out with that.
