ciras vest

does any 1 have a ciras vest and do they come in different sizes ? i brought 1 on trade me an dont know how to make it bigger
as its a tight fit can any 1 help

There's a little flap on the back, near the bottom that should lift up (usually held by velcro)

You'll see a few strips of material (maybe cordura) with holes in them for a plastic coated steel line to go through.
you adjust the size of the vest by pulling this line out of the holes and placing in adjacent holes either to make it tighter or wider.

Have a fiddle and you'll get it!
