New to Airsoft

Hey guys,
Well I'm originally from the west coast where my favorite past time was playing paintball with the local club. Since moving to chch I haven't been enjoying paintball as much and I didn't like the lack of structure. I don't want to give up the sport however and I want more of a challenge. I still have most of my DPM kit but sold off my marker...in hindsight I should have used the 1000 paintballs i had stockpiled first but oh well... The moral of the story is that I want to convert to Airsoft and I now need a new kit. I will be a bit rough at first but i have been playing paintball for quite a few years so i shouldn't be a newbie for too long.
Any help you guys can give me will be much appreciated.

You should come out and play at a game (we usually have them every weekend),

We would be more than happy to have you come out and try Airsoft plus will be able to give you a rough idea of what you need to get started and answer any questions you may have .

It won't take you very long at all to adjust to Airsoft, as its pretty much the same as Paintball, BUT Airsoft is Better.

We usually play at our field over at Mclaens Island (its only up the road from orana park)

We meet at the "gate" at 9:30 on saturday the 18th,or the pistol club on sunday,
I would aim to be a good few minutes early incase you get lost and need directions on how to get their so i would be aiming to arrive at about 9:20 incase you do need directions.

I used to play paintball, you'll find airsoft better in respect to tactics and accuracy
