Yes, just dont do the whole Blackhawk down fall out & then get lugged around on a stretcher for the rest of the day whilst all your mates get to shoot the skinies again trick. :roll:

low heights from the ground, instrutors coming out and help us out and stuff, its all pretty cool! first time i ever did it i almost had a heart attack from the fun off it! and forgot to shoot the other team lol! jsut wanted to tell em how cool it was

Dont forget to compensate for the downdraft of the helicopter in your BB aiming.

We used to do regular fastrope training, as well as repelling in full kit. Unfortunately we have been way to busy lately to organise any more training for this.
