Lowering Magazine Capacity

Is there any way to decrease the capacity of a magazine? I have a magazine that can hold 140 bb's but need it to be lower.

Possibly... depending on the type of magazine. You can insert spacers between the spring guide and the spring.

Do you think that would be possible to do on a Kings Arms M4/M16 120 rnd magazine?

Would have to look at how they are constructed. I've been using some Star 85rnd plastic mags... $28US a box. very cheep

It'll probably be easier to get myself some of them. Would I have trouble with customs if I tried to import magazines?

probably not.. might pay to just say you wanna get some stuff and piggyback on someone elses order... saves on shipping and all that!
