gun gone crazy

hey guys well my mp5 a3 has gone nuts and instead of single shots it goes automatic well just keeps firing is that good for the gun

um its illegal for a start so its not a good thing at all.

I suggest you get it looked at as soon as possible and don't use it until then.

yeah thought so thanks i was thinking it could be the battery when i got the bat i was told it was half full so i tryed it it went fine then when it was fully charged thats when it started haha

if it does it with your standard battery then its most likely the selector switch. They do tend to wear down and thats just one of the signs of it going on its way out. They're about $19 from ASGC

there is another thing i noticed when i got the battery it was half full as j-t told me and when i used it it went fine then the battery went flat so i got a charger and recharged it full then thats when it started shooting automatic

What sort of battery is it?

not to shore its an 8.4v 1100mah does that help

Full or half full that bat shouldn't be causing those symptoms unless its a 100fps gun or similar.

it started when it was full and j-t told me it was around 300 fps

Bring the gun out next time you play, easier for the guys to diagnose it then.
