m4a1 advice?

hey all

even tho i'm lovin my pistols i'm thinking economically in the long run it'll be cheaper for me to get an seg haha...

anyways... i'm thinking of getting an m4a1 (classic army do a version 3 one) and wondering if i can have a play around with one to see how it feels since i wanted a g36 initially but didn't like the feel of it after using one haha...

also, how helpful is having a scope\red dot sight on the handle rail thing?
coz i was thinking of getting a red dot sight for it if i was to get one

thanks :D

Didn't realise Classic Army did a Ver3 gearbox M4.

Can you post a link, as this might help a few people out?

Re Red dot - I like to use them, especially if they a adjusted to the point of impact. Means you know roughly where the 1st hit will land - all important with SEG's. Also easier to adjust so as not to get head shots.

it's a V3 of their gun, but it still uses a V2 mech. As far as i am aware there are no V3 mech M4/M16s

So correct there Mr Acey
and secondly don't buy a Classic Army unless you know how to fix guns very well!

I have a M4T version 3 if you want to see what ones like.

Classic Army are a hit and miss affair like a few others (Star being another). Sometimes you get a gun that gives you no issues.. other times you have nothing but problems.

Will keep my eyes open and ear to the ground for an MP5 or M4 for you. There are a couple for sale but they are custom built jobs and upwards of $800... but if you have the cash we have the guns haha!

i feel so like Yuri Orlov
