yup. I'm questioning him on Trademe because it seems like the easiest place to ask him questions, but I'm planning on buying through his online store cos it's slightly cheaper.

Re: Trademe Gun Advice

Ordered an M4 with batts+ charger from the Armory earlier this week, I'm hoping it arrives tomorrow :)

Just a thought: There are dozens of cheap crappy spring guns floating around on Trademe for $30, and most of them have a ridiculous amount of attachments. Have any of you guys considered buying one of them just for the attachments, and ditching/on-selling the gun? e.g.:

Re: Trademe Gun Advice

Anyone know what is the best brand when it comes to accuracy and hitting power?
I am new to this... so is the fps directly related to output velocity?
So does a high fps mean better accuracy and hitting power?
Money is not really an issue for me. I can spend up to 1.5K but just want a decent AEG.
I was looking at the G&G FN F2000. Any pros and cons there?
Is gas as good as it sounds? It is more expensive to run right?

Re: Trademe Gun Advice

Your best bet is to attend a few games and see a range of guns and have a chat with the guys.

All clubs have limits on fps so there is only so much you can do there.

Don't rush out and buy anything until you have at least had a hold of a few different guns, some types of guns don't suit some people.

Lol
And here I was thinking about getting a ARES MG-006 with about 350-380 fps and a 2500 mag... Oh well. All in good time. Hope to see you out there some day!
